Chapter 80: Dealing With Gale Force Winds!: A Bad Time To Be Drawing Dead!

A year had now passed since the events that went on in Academy City. Well to be fair, it was about as normal as it could get for two siblings who happened to be Cardcaptors with the titles of master of the star cards.

"I mean after all viewers, even though a full year has passed since me and Sakura had last run into the rest of our allies. I can at least give you all a bit of foreshadowing when I say..." "Hey Zachary, I don't think that the viewers need to have a spoiler on what they can expect to read about right now. Hello there viewers Sakura here, and I am very sorry for being rude and intruding on your fourth wall break Zachary, but we kind of have a chapter to get to here." "Oh right sorry about that Sakura. So yeah viewers, I am afraid that as Sakura herself just said, I can't spoil you with any sort of a foreshadowing. I mean after all viewers, there has to be some sort of an incentive for you to want to be enticed enough to read on. But anyway viewers, on with the chapter."

Now anyway, even though me and Sakura were now both 13, we still had a lot on our minds, such as preparing for our first day at Junior High. And yet, after we had gotten back to our anime canon timeline, we had learned that Madison had filmed the entire fight between everyone in the park in Academy City. And not surprisingly, since we were very adamant on not letting such a video tape get out there. We had told her to make sure not to show it to anyone. Because as already stated, that would wind up causing quite a lot of trouble for all of us. Because why wouldn't it.

But anyways, as I had said to Sakura more then two years ago at Penguin Park, during the incident with the water vortexes. The world of magic is something that is always changing, and until we passed the cards onto someone else, we were always going to be met with challenges. Because, as it always seemed to be the case, fate and destiny waited for no one, regardless of who they were, and both me and Sakura were no exception to this, as it would become clear later on.

Well, I guess a Cardcaptors job really is never truly done is it? So as it was discovered earlier, that all of the star cards in our transformed book, had suddenly gone transparent and clear. Not to mention that both Sakura and I seemed to have another recurring dream like we used to have with the Final Judgment and the Final Test. However, this was was wildly different then those dreams. And when I say wildly different, I mean that the respective Star keys that we both had in our hands in that dream, were not only our Star keys anymore, but were in fact new keys. This consisted of the same wings from before, albeit a bit smaller, but the star in the middle was larger, as was the ring it was inside, and the star had many more points to it. But, this was made even weirder, when we were woken up by Kero during the wild dream, being told that we were having a nightmare, only to discover, that when we lifted up each of our hands that had held the keys in our dream, sure enough, they were present in our hand, just as they had been in the dream.

But, this was kind of all not on either Sakura, me or Kero's mind at the current moment, and this was largely due to the fact that we were currently being assaulted by an unknown force, that seemed to have the ability to conjure up gale force winds and throw them in our direction.

It was then that I realized, as I am sure Sakura did realize this too, that we couldn't defend ourselves, since all of our star cards had become clear and transparent.

"Okay this just got really really bad," I thought to myself, as I dodged out of the way of yet another gale force blast of wind that was thrown at me out of nowhere.

"Sakura, Zachary, use your...Oh wait, you both can't do anything with clear Clow Cards!" Kero, who was currently involved in the same situation as both me and Sakura said.

"Oh yeah that's right, me and Sakura can't use the Clow Cards, as they all became clear for some unknown reason! Wait, me and Sakura still have our keys! Well, I mean they did both change. But I don't think that me and Sakura have any other option available to us. Well then, here goes nothing!" I then proceeded to think to myself.

And as I then pulled went and pulled out my respective key, to which Sakura did the same, we both then readied ourselves to call upon our respective staffs. "Release!" Me and Sakura then proceeded to chant together in unison.

However even though our staffs grew to full size, I then realized that because they were new staffs, our old incantations would be of no use.

So after some thought, me and Sakura tried to activate our new Dream keys in order to seal the force that had been attacking both of us. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" We chanted in unison as the unknown force was sucked into our respective staffs.

This wound up being transformed into a clear card with a transparent design, which was different from that of the clow cards and star cards that me and Sakura had seen, and on the bottom of the card was a single word, which was Gale.

It was then that I knew, as I held the card in my hand, that another exciting adventure, for the both of us, had now begun.

Chapter 81: Under Siege!: What It's Like To Be One Card Short!

About another week or so had now passed, since me and Sakura had used our new Dream Keys, to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the first of several new cards, known as Clear Cards. And as for the first one that me and Sakura had captured? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, that was called Gale.

But at the current moment, this wasn't something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And this was due to the fact that me and Sakura were currently in our bedroom, with Madison. Who had come over to try and understand more about what had been going on with me and Sakura, since the three of us had last spoken to each other while together.

And as for a bit more detail with regard to the current conversation, that was currently going on between me, Sakura, and Madison...

"I just can't wait to begin filming both of your captures again!" Madison said with quite a bit of gleeful joy to her current tone of voice. Which during this very same instance, I was just able to make out what appeared to be stars that had suddenly appeared in each of her eyes. And yet, with regard to my current thought with regard to this...

"Well at least it isn't Shokuhou this time. Man I just can't stand her! And yet I still find it difficult to understand, how someone such as Keiko is able to tolerate such disrespect from that immense blonde haired burden, towards her and Misaka! I mean it's almost as if...wait, what the! Why did everything in the room just suddenly get so incredibly bright?!" I had then proceeded to go and think to myself. And sure enough, without warning, our room had in fact gotten extremely bright. And only a split second later, it then suddenly disappeared around me, Sakura, and Madison. And only a split second later, it was then replaced by what appeared to be a closed space. And unfortunately for me, Sakura, and Madison, we were all currently trapped inside of it. And yet, as it turned out, me, Sakura, and Madison, were not the only ones that had been present in me and Sakura's bedroom. Because, well...

"Wait, what is going on here?" Kero had then proceeded to go and say, from out of seemingly nowhere. Which unfortunately for me, Sakura, and Madison. Was more then enough of an indication. That like back when me and Sakura had captured the Gale Card a week ago. Once again, Kero could not sense any sort of magical presence anywhere within in the closed space. And yet regardless of Kero not knowing what this was. I however knew exactly what this was, and sure enough Sakura knew exactly what this was well.

This was largely because we were both sensing the same unmistakable magical presence of what could only be another Clear Card.

But, we would all need to get out of the closed space first, before either me or Sakura could get any sort of a chance to capture and seal it.

And yet with regard to this current problem, this was actually not something, that was going to wind up being a problem for either me or Sakura. Because as it turned out, Sakura already knew of a way for me, her, Madison, and Kero, to help get us all out of this situation. And it was then that Sakura came up with the idea for me and her to use the sewing needles that Sakura had in her possession. Which for a bit more context, before the surroundings of me and Sakura's room, had been replaced by the enclosed space of the Clear Card spirit that we were now all currently trapped inside of. Sakura and Madison, had been using a pair of sewing needles, in order to help repair a piece of fabric, that had been slightly torn due to normal wear and tear over the past few months.

And thankfully as it would happen. These two sewing needles, could now be sued to pop the edges of the sealed space. And this was because the space did in fact look, as though a sewing needle could be used to pierce through the edges of the space. Like one would normally do to pop a helium filled balloon.

And so, without either me or Sakura having to say any sort of words between the both of us. Sakura handed me one of the two sewing needles. And with both me and Sakura with a sewing needles in hand each. We both then proceeded to to ahead, and quickly pierce the edges of the closed space. With our respective sewing needles, and not even a split second later, the closed space had then suddenly started to morph and then fade.

And then, without skipping even a beat, both me and Sakura, then proceeded to quickly pull out our respective Dream Keys.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura then proceeded to chant together in unison.

And with our respective staffs now in hand, we then proceeded to seal the card before the closed space wound up vanishing completely. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb the vanishing closed space into them.

It was only then, that the absorbed magic was transformed into yet another Clear Card. Which like that of the Gale card, also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. That once it had floated into my right hand. I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card. And that single word was, 'Siege.'

"Well, looks like another Clear Card Sakura, no doubt about it," I said, while I had also proceeded to go and turn my attention over to Sakura, with the now captured Siege card in my right hand.

And it was then that I had a feeling, that this was soon going to wind up being a lot tougher, then anything that me and Sakura had ever done previously.

And though it was not as tough as what had gone on in back Academy City, this was something that was still definitely up there.

But I knew, that as long as me and Sakura had each other, I just knew, that like the Final Judgment, the Final Test, and our fights against the Nothing card. As well as that evil female spirit in Hong Kong, we wouldn't let anything stand in our way of fulfilling our destiny.

And though neither me or Sakura knew it at the time, our previous encounter with our legendary allies back in Academy City, was not going to be the only time that we would wind up crossing paths with them. And as it would also turn out, it certainly wasn't going to wind up being the last time either. But that, is something for a future chapter.

Chapter 82: An Aquatic Adventure!: Taking Some Time To Reflect!

Well about another week or so had now passed, since me and Sakura had used our Dream Keys, in order to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the second of what would be several new cards, known as Clear Cards. And as for the second one that me and Sakura had captured and sealed? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, that was named Siege.

But at the current moment, this wasn't something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And as for why this was currently the case? Well you see, about that...

"And the forecast for the next several days seems to be just rain, rain, and more rain!" A weatherman proceeded to say on the television that was currently on and talking about the recent endless rain that had been going on for several days in Tomoeda.

And not only was it an endless downpour, but it did in fact seem to be occurring over all of Tomoeda.

And yet, while others would have considered this to be just the average everyday downpour, me and Sakura already knew, that this was anything but the ordinary downpour. And this was currently being further compounded, by the all too familiar sense that both me and Sakura were now feeling, that could only be caused by the presence of yet another Clear Card spirit.

And fast forward to about an hour or so later, and me and Sakura, were now with Madison at Penguin Park. As in the very same Penguin Park, at which me and Sakura, had not only captured and sealed many Clow Cards, but we had also both gone and transformed many of the Clow Cards into Star Cards. But as of right now...

"Oh those two battle outfits that I brought for you both just look so cute on the both of you!" Madison wound up saying to both me and Sakura, with regard to the two raincoat type battle outfits that both me and Sakura were currently wearing.

And as for what both of these battle outfits looked like? Well Sakura was currently wearing a leaf green, vinyl vest-raincoat. that was lined with yellow on the inside, with its pockets and the center lined with yellow, as well as a large and thick lining along the hem of the coat that was in a design that resembled a frog. The outfit also had leaf green sleeves that were separate from the raincoat, which also shared a similar yellow lining with the hem of the coat, which appeared to resemble frog eyes. The coat also included a hood in the image of a frog, with the eyes colored black. This also included leaf green ankle boots that had their base in yellow, as well as a yellow lining along the opening of the boots that also resembled frog eyes. And finally, Sakura's school uniform skirt and socks were currently being worn along with the rest of the outfit.

And as for me with regard to my current battle outfit? Well it was the exact same style, with the only difference being that instead of it being yellow, and green. Mine was instead light blue, and darker shade of blue. And I already knew why Madison has picked these particular shades of blue for my battle outfit. And that was due to Madison being inspired by Angel Bluebells armor clad battle outfit, from back when me and Sakura had fought alongside her and the rest of our allies against the rogues gallery, in Academy City.

But rather then dwell on this for the time being. I had decided to push this thought to the side. And then, without skipping a beat, I then proceeded to pull out my respective Dream Key, with Sakura also proceeding to pull out her respective Dream Key at the exact same time as me.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to chant together in unison.

And with our respective staffs now in hand, we then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that both me and Sakura knew, was responsible for the endless downpours that had been happening all over Tomoeda. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb a good portion of the endless downpour of rain space into them.

And it was only then, that the absorbed magic was transformed into yet another Clear Card. Which like that of the Gale and the Siege Card spirits, this also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. That once it had floated into my free right hand. I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card. And that single word was, 'Aqua.'

"Well Sakura, that is another Clear Card down. And who knows how many more to go," I said, while I had also proceeded to go and turn my attention over to Sakura, with the now captured Aqua card in my right hand. And sure enough, my hunch with regard to not knowing just how many Clear Cards were still left for me and Sakura to still capture, was going to turn out to be absolutely one hundred percent correct.

Because as a matter of fact, on the very next day, both me and Sakura had wound up sealing another Clear Card, and this one like all of the previous Clear Cards that me and Sakura had already captured and sealed. This also had only one word with regard to the Clear Cards name, and this card as it happened, was named "Reflect."

And on top of that, both me and Sakura's adventure regarding these new Clear Cards, was still far from being even remotely close to being over.

Chapter 83: A Little Less Conversation!: A Little More Action!

Well about another week or so had now passed, since me and Sakura had used our Dream Keys, in order to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the third as well as the fourth of what would be several new cards, known as Clear Cards. And as for the third as well as the fourth Clear Card spirits that me and Sakura had captured and sealed? Well they were both Clear Card spirits, that were named Aqua, and Reflect.

But at the current moment, this wasn't something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And as for why this was currently the case? Well you see, about that...

"What the heck, how do all of the trees that are here on school grounds suddenly just attempt to try and fly away? Aren't they supposed to be secured to the ground by their roots?" I had just gone and proceeded to think to myself. Because sure enough, all of the trees that were around me and Sakura's school, had suddenly attempted to try and fly away, and off to who knows where. And yet not even the least bit surprising in even the slightest bit...

"Oh I am just so glad that I brought these battle outfits for the both of you to wear!" Madison wound up saying to both me and Sakura, with regard to the two kimono type battle outfits that both me and Sakura were currently wearing.

And as for what both of these battle outfits looked like? Well Sakura was currently wearing a pastel blue dress with pink lotuses and green lotus leaves printed on it. With the yellow hem separated by a red line. And Sakura was also wearing a long sleeved yellow coat that appeared cut off at the chest. Which was currently being worn over the outfit, with its openings lined with red. The end of the sleeves were also decorated with a lotus, as well as a red lining that had a red tassel attached to it, which also separated the sleeve from the pastel blue hem, as well as a fairly wide like the skirt. Knee length pastel blue pants were also worn underneath, with the side of the pants decorated with a lotus, as well as the same red lining and tassel that separated the main section from the yellow hem. And as well as Sakura wearing slip-on pastel blue shoes that had a pink base, red-colored lining, and a red strap. She was also wearing several accessories, that included a pink lotus hair accessory, with the tip of the lotus petals dyed a darker shade of pink, and a tassel hanging beneath the lotus.

And as for me with regard to my current battle outfit? Well it was the exact same style, with the only difference being that instead of it being yellow, red, and dark pink. Mine was instead light blue, and several other shades of blue. And I once again like the previous outfit that Madison had had me wear for when me and Sakura had captured and sealed the Reflect Card spirit. The reason as to why Madison had chosen these particular colors for my battle outfit, was once again due to Madison being inspired by Angel Bluebells armor clad battle outfit, from back when me and Sakura had fought alongside her and the rest of our allies against the rogues gallery, in Academy City.

But once again, rather then me choosing to dwell on this for the time being. I had decided to push this thought to the side. And then, without skipping a beat, I then proceeded to pull out my respective Dream Key, with Sakura also proceeding to pull out her respective Dream Key at the exact same time as me.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to chant together in unison.

And with our respective staffs now in hand, we then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that both me and Sakura knew, was responsible for all of the trees on the grounds of me and Sakura's school, attempting to try and fly away, and off to who knows where. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb what appeared to be a massive swirl of light colored magical aura into them.

And it was only then, that the absorbed magic was transformed into yet another Clear Card. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, and Reflect Clear Card spirits, this also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. That once it had floated into my free right hand. I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card. And that single word was, 'Action.'

"I don't know why, but my mind just thought of Elvis Presley's song 'Satisfaction.' So let me just push this thought to the side for right now, and let me just be happy about the fact that me and Sakura have once again managed to capture and seal another Clear Card," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Action Card in my free right hand.

But even though me and Sakura had managed to capture and seal yet another Clear Card. Our journey was still far from being over. In fact what neither of us knew at the time, was that another impending meet. Between me, Sakura, and the rest of the legendary allies that we had fought alongside in Academy City, was now immanently approaching in the now not too distant future. But that, is for a much later date.

Chapter 84: A Gravitational Pull!: A Capture At The Flower Viewing!

Well about another week or so had now passed, or it may have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had been, since me and Sakura had used our Dream Keys, in order to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the Fifth of what would be several new cards, known as Clear Cards. And as for the fifth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had captured and sealed? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, that was named Action.

But at the current moment, this wasn't something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And as for why this was currently the case? Well you see, about that...

"Okay, now this is actually quite nice as well as very relaxing. I never knew that going to a flower viewers such as this one was going to wind up being this relaxing and interesting," I had just gone and proceeded to think to myself. Because sure enough, me and Sakura, as well as Akiho, and a couple of our other friends from school. Were currently in a flower garden, with all of us sitting on a picnic blanket. As all of us chatted with one another, as well as take the time to view the many beautiful flowers that were around and near all of us. But then, not even the least bit surprising in even the slightest bit, as I had only taken a couple of minutes to view the many beautiful flowers around and near me. And the reason as to why there were so many flowers, was because we were at a flower viewing. At least, that was what I had been told it was called.

"Oh well there's that all too familiar feeling of a Clear Card being nearby. And just when I was starting to enjoy viewing all of these beautiful flowers...Well, I guess I'd better give an excuse for me and Sakura to go and find this Clear Card spirit, as well as seal and capture it," I had proceeded to think to myself. And thankfully, Sakura already knew what to say, in order to give both me and her an excuse, to go off and find the Clear Card spirit.

"I am terribly sorry about this, but me and Zachary need to go and get some more drinks. As it seems as though we are now running a bit low," Sakura had then proceeded to say. And thankfully, this was actually the case, as everyone's drinks, including me and Sakura's were indeed running a little bit low. And with me and Sakura now having given the aforementioned and valid excuse. We both then headed off to find the Clear Card spirit.

But interestingly, it did not wind up taking long at all, for me and Sakura to find it. Well when I mean that we found it, what I actually mean is that both me and Sakura had suddenly found ourselves being pulled towards the center of where a good portion of the flowers were. And once me and Sakura had managed to realize that it was one particular group of flowers that were causing us to both be pulled towards them. Both me and Sakura then proceeded to quickly pull out our respective Dream Keys.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to chant together in unison.

And with our respective staffs now in hand, after a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. We then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that both me and Sakura knew, was responsible for pulling me and Sakura towards the larger portion of the group of flowers that were at the flower viewing that me, Sakura, and our friends were currently at. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb what appeared to be another massive swirl of light colored magical aura into them. Only unlike the Action Card that me and Sakura had captured and sealed a week prior. This swirl of light colored magical aura, was a bit of a darker color in nature.

But once the absorbed magic was transformed into yet another Clear Card. And the Clear Card then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, and Action Clear Card spirits, this also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. And I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card. And that single word was, 'Gravitation.'

"Well that is now another Clear Card spirit successfully captured and sealed, and who knows just how many more still to go. Still, I really do wish that I knew more about what truly awaits me and Sakura with regard to any still upcoming future events. But again, with me having no future knowledge of the show past the Jump Card episode. Which now seems like a lifetime ago, I like Sakura, am still going into this completely blind," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Gravitation Card in my free right hand.

And yet, even though me and Sakura had managed to capture and seal yet another Clear Card. Our journey was still far from being over. In fact what neither of us knew at the time, was that another impending meet. Between me, Sakura, and the rest of the legendary allies that we had fought alongside in Academy City, was now immanently approaching in the now not too distant future. Chapter 85: Something Worth Recording!: A Capture In The Music Room!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had been, since me and Sakura had used our Dream Keys, in order to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the Sixth of what would be several new cards, known as Clear Cards. And as for the Sixth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had captured and sealed? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, that was named Gravitation. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed at a flower viewing. Which me and Sakura had attended with a couple of our friends from school.

But at the current moment, this wasn't something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And as for why this was currently the case? Well as it turned out, both me and Sakura were currently in the schools music room. And as for why we were both there? Well you see about that...

"Yeah I can definitely sense the presence of a Clear Card somewhere in this room Sakura, no doubt about it," I had proceeded to say to Sakura, who at the moment was standing only a couple of feet away from me, towards the opposite side of the music room.

"The only trouble Zachary, is where is it? I mean you and I have both been looking around this room for five minutes already, and yet neither of us have been able to find it," Sakura had then proceeded to say back over to me with in response. And this was actually in fact the case, as me and Sakura had in fact been endlessly searching and looking around the music room, for what had already been five minutes. Though to be honest, it actually seemed to me like it had actually been longer then just five minutes. But to be fair, when you're doing something with quite a bit of effort, one can sometimes zone in. And as a result, it can make it seem like more time has in fact passed then it already has.

But thankfully, we weren't going to have to look any longer then the five minutes that both me and Sakura had already spending, in order to locate and find the Clear Card spirit. Because when both me and Sakura, had proceeded to go and turn our attention over towards one of the many pictures in the room, it seemed to have a what looked like a red dot blinking from it.

And so, without either me or Sakura even wanting to start questioning as to why this was the case, we both then proceeded to quickly pull out our respective Dream keys.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to chant together in unison.

And with our respective staffs now in hand, after a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And with both me and Sakura proceeding to briefly twirl them both. To which me and Sakura had then proceeded to go and strike our respective battle ready poses. We both then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that both me and Sakura knew, was responsible for the current blinking red light, that was present inside of the framed picture. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb the blinking red light that been present within the framed picture into both me and Sakura's respective Dream staffs.

And once the absorbed magic was transformed into yet another Clear Card. And the Clear Card like all of the others before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, and Gravitation Clear Card spirits, this also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. And I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card. And that single word was, 'Record.'

"Well that is now another Clear Card spirit that has been successfully captured and sealed by both me and Sakura. And yet I do not know just how many more of these Clear Cards that me and Sakura still need to capture and seal. And yet this is what I get, for not knowing more about what still truly awaits me and Sakura with regard to any still upcoming future events. I still wish that I had watched more then just the first five episodes of the Nelvana Dub. But sadly, there is nothing that I can do about that now. So let me just take these future events as they come. Because something tells me that even if I watched anything past episode five. Then I don't think that it would have wound up making any bit of a difference. As I somehow feel as though what still awaits me and Sakura, would not have been related to the original episodes," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Record Card in my free right hand.

And even though me and Sakura had still managed to capture and seal yet another Clear Card. Our journey was still far from being over. In fact what neither of us knew at the time, was that another impending meet. Between me, Sakura, and the rest of the legendary allies that we had fought alongside in Academy City, was now immanently approaching in the now not too distant future. But that, is for a much later date.

Chapter 86: Flight Of The Phoenix!: To Rise From The Ashes!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had been, since me and Sakura had used our Dream Keys, in order to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the Seventh of what would be several new cards, known as Clear Cards. And as for the Seventh Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had captured and sealed? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, that was named Record. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed in our schools music room. Which me and Sakura had both wound up in, when we had both wound up sensing the Clear Card spirits present within the music room.

But at the current moment, this wasn't something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And as for why this was currently the case? Well you see about that...

"I am still so bummed that I didn't get to film you both capturing the Record Card in the music room of your school. And I was so looking forward to filming you both in battle outfits for when you both captured and sealed it," Madison had proceeded to say with what was clearly obvious disappointment in her current tone of voice.

And as it also just so happened, both me and Sakura were currently both in the garden of Madison's house. And this was because we both, along with Madison, wanted to test the powers of the Record Card, that both me and Sakura had captured and sealed in the music room of our school last week. And this was also because as aforementioned, Madison had been unable to film me and Sakura capturing it. But then, before either me or Sakura were able to do so. We both once again began to sense the all too familiar presence of a card. And when both me and Sakura had proceeded to go and turn our attention to a portion of Madison's garden. We were able to notice almost immediately what appeared to be a large pair of what I could only assume were butterfly wings. That at the moment seemed to be flying across the garden. Only upon me taking a quick further look at them, I then realized that they appeared to possibly made out of some kind of silk like material.

And so without either me or Sakura wanting to skip a beat. Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to quickly pull out our respective Dream keys.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to chant together in unison. And with our respective staffs now in hand, after a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And with both me and Sakura proceeding to briefly twirl them both. To which me and Sakura had then proceeded to go and strike our respective battle ready poses. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power!" We chanted in unison. We both then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that was the somewhat large pair of butterfly wings.

"Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. And once the large pair of silk butterfly wings, were then absorbed into both me and Sakura's respective Dream staffs. And once the magic was transformed into yet another Clear Card. And the Clear Card like all of the others before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, and Record Clear Card spirits, this also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. And I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card. And that single word was, 'Flight.'

"Well that is now yet another Clear Card spirit that both me and Sakura have now managed to successfully capture and seal. Still, those butterfly wings looked very beautiful. Almost like the angel wings that Angel Bluebell, Wedding Peach, Angel Lily, Angel Daisy, and Salvia all have on each of their respective DX battle outfits. And yet despite all of that, I wonder if these silk based butterfly wings, will wind up feeling similar to that of the Fly Card spirits wings. Well I guess me and Sakura will figure more of that out, once we wind up using them during one of our next future Clear Card captures," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Flight Card in my free right hand. But then...

"Awesome, and I got it all on video this time!" The still very much unmistakable voice of Madison, had then proceeded to suddenly go and exclaim from just behind me and Sakura. And sure enough, as me and Sakura had both then proceeded to turn our attention back over towards Madison. We were both not exactly all that surprised, when we noticed almost immediately, that Madison was holding her video camera in one of her hands.

"Well, I can not really say that I am at all that surprised that Madison had her camera ready just in case this time. And at least this time Madison did not wind up having enough time, for me and Sakura to wear another one of her battle outfit ensembles. I mean, not that there is anything wrong with me and Sakura wearing her battle outfits. It is only when there is any sort of a risk of me and Sakura getting seen wearing any of her battle outfits, that me and Sakura find it to be somewhat embarrassing. But still, at least this is yet another Clear Card on the books. Well, onto the next one I guess," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I was still currently continuing to hold the now captured and sealed Flight Card in my free right hand.

Chapter 87: A Lucid Encounter!: A Discovery At Akiho's House!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had been, since me and Sakura had used our Dream Keys, in order to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the Eighth of what would be several new cards, known as Clear Cards. And as for the Eighth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had captured and sealed? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, that was named Flight. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed while we had both gone and visited Madison over at her home. Which me and Sakura had both wound up at, because Madison had been a bit bummed out, that she had not been able to film me and Sakura capturing and sealing the Record Card in our schools music room. And for those who were wondering, yes Madison still had her many and numerous bodyguards stationed throughout the house. I mean after all, when Madison's mother is the head of what is a very well known as well as an equally popular toy company, you can never wind up being too careful.

But anyway at the current moment, this was not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And as for why this was currently the case? Well you see about that, because that much should have been somewhat obvious...

"I am just so thrilled that the two of you decided to come over and visit me. It is rare that I ever wind up getting any visitors. My butler can be quite strict when it comes to me being allowed visitors over," Akiho, who was a new arrival and student at me and Sakura's school. Who had actually invited me and Sakura to visit her only a couple of days ago. And after a bit of consideration between me and Sakura, we had agreed on choosing to accept Akiho's offer.

But a little bit later on, while me, Sakura, and Akiho were inside of her houses somewhat vast library. And as Akiho had then proceeded to go off to a somewhat secluded area of the library. It was then, that I had then proceeded to once again get an all too familiar feeling, of what could only be a nearby Clear Card spirit.

And sure enough, when both me and Sakura had proceeded to both turn our attention over to a spot on a nearby shelf between two books. We both noticed that there seemed to be a glow emanating from between them. And so without either me or Sakura wanting to skip a beat. Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to quickly pull out our respective Dream keys.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to chant together in unison. Only this time we had both proceeded to say this in a somewhat more hush like tone. So that neither me or Sakura, would wind up catching or attracting Akiho's attention. And so with our respective Dream staffs now in hand, after a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And with both me and Sakura proceeding to briefly twirl them both. To which me and Sakura had then proceeded to go and strike our respective battle ready poses. We both then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that was the still very much unmistakable glow, that was still emanating from between the two books on the nearby shelf. Which was where both me and Sakura had first spotted the glow.

"Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. And once the glow emanating from between the two books on the nearby shelf, had then proceeded to get quickly absorbed into both me and Sakura's respective Dream staffs. And once the magic was transformed into yet another Clear Card. And the Clear Card like all of the others before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, and Flight Clear Card spirits, this also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. And I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card. And that single word was, 'Lucid.'

"Well that is now yet another Clear Card spirit that both me and Sakura have now managed to successfully capture and seal. And yet, I still don't know what to expect with regard to any future events. But I guess like Kero said to me and Sakura so many times before, we both have to be willing, to expect the unexpected," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Lucid Card in my free right hand. And then, another thought had then proceeded to quickly make its way into my mind...

"Well, at least this capture was done without attracting Akiho's attention. So at least me and Sakura can both rest easy so too speak that Akiho didn't catch either of us when we were sealing and capturing this Clear Card. And I can now see exactly why Li was so adamant on the three of us not wanting to get caught using our magic in public. As I can't even begin to imagine the sort of massive implications, that something as disastrous as that would wind up leading to," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I was still currently continuing to hold the now captured and sealed Lucid Card in my free right hand.

Chapter 88: Caught In A Downward Spiral!: A Fight To Recover!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had been, since me and Sakura had used our Dream Keys, in order to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the Ninth of what would be several new cards, known as Clear Cards. And as for the Ninth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had captured and sealed? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, that was named Lucid. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed while we had both gone and visited Akiho over at her home. Which me and Sakura had both wound up at, because Akiho had invited me and Sakura over a couple of days prior.

But anyway at the current moment, this was not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And as for why this was currently the case? Well you see about that...

"I never thought that me and Sakura would be back here again at the aquarium. I mean still, it still somehow seems as though it was only yesterday, that me and Sakura had captured and sealed the Water Card. But still, I somehow find it perfectly fine despite this being the case. Wait, I just got that uneasy feeling again. Well clearly this has to be another Clear Card. Well then in this case, I guess I can consider this, to be a sort of a bit of Deja Vu for both me and Sakura," I had proceeded to go and think to myself.

But now fast forwarding to later on that night. In which me, Sakura, Li, Madison, and Kero, had all once again found our way back into the aquarium. And like the last time back when me and Sakura had gone and sealed and captured the Water Card. We had all managed to slip past the guard.

And sure enough, like back when me and Sakura had sealed and capture the Water Card. Me, Sakura, Li, and Kero, were all once again dressed up in yet another one of Madison's battle outfit ensembles. And as for each of our respective battle outfits, as with regard to what each of them looked like? Well, Sakura was currently wearing a spaghetti strap, aquamarine top layer which had three yellow buttons running down the center of the body. The layer also appeared to extend into long, triangular, ice blue fabric that ended with a yellow ball to create a jester look. Which was in fact very similar to the Jester battle outfits that both me a Sakura had worn back when we had captured and sealed the Water Card. And as for the rest of Sakura's battle outfit, it had a white vest that had a high collar and a yellow circle at the bottom of the opening, as well as a blue tulle skirt was worn beneath the top layer. A pair of thigh-high aquamarine boots with a blue base was also worn alongside the rest of the ensemble. And as for its accessories, well it included a pair of matching aquamarine long gloves, as well as a jester-style hat in the color of aquamarine, with the opening lined with a white flap that had a yellow circle on each side, and the tips of the hat also appeared to end with a yellow ball.

And as for Li's outfit? Well it was essentially his usual green and yellow outfit that he always tended to wear, but only this version of it was a little bit more stylish.

And as for my outfit? Well it was the same as Sakura's, with the only difference being that the colors were a little bit darker shade blue and a little bit darker shade of yellow.

And as the four of us had proceeded to all find our way over to a nearby large water tank. We were all able to quickly notice what appeared to be a a peculiar looking spiral, that at the moment was swirling inside of the large water tank. And so with both me and Sakura not wanting to waste another moment. We both, along with Li, had then proceeded to quickly ready our respective Dream staffs, while Li readied his Jian. And just as all three of us had then proceeded to take our respective battle ready stances. That was when the water spiral like swirl, had then proceeded to go and suddenly explode up and over the top of the large water tank. To which it had then proceeded to go and quickly make its way towards me and Sakura.

"Well it looks like this is going to wind up being a little bit more difficult then won't it? Well there's no time like the present I guess," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I then proceeded to go and quickly pull out the Flight Card. And as I then proceeded to go and quickly throw it forwards in front of me and Sakura, we both then proceeded to go and use it. "Flight!" Me and Sakura both proceeded to chant together in unison. As we both swung our respective Dream staffs up slightly, and then quickly towards the Flight Card. Which after only about a split second or so later, the silk butterfly like wings of the Flight Card, had then proceeded to quickly adorn themselves on both me and Sakura's lower backs.

And after a short while in which me and Sakura had then proceeded to go and end up in a somewhat lengthy chase with the swirling spiral of water. It only wound up coming to a stop, when Li had proceeded to go and use one of his man elemental talismans, to help freeze the swirling spiral of water.

And only then, did me and Sakura then proceed to go and call back the Flight Card spirit back into its card form. To which me and Sakura then proceeded to go and seal, as well as capture the Clear Card spirit.

"Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. And once the still very much frozen spiral of water, had then proceeded to get quickly absorbed into both me and Sakura's respective Dream staffs. And once the magic was transformed into yet another Clear Card. And the Clear Card like all of the others before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, and Lucid Clear Card spirits, this also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. And I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card. And that single word was, 'Spiral.'

"Well that is now yet another Clear Card spirit that both me and Sakura have now managed to successfully capture and seal. So onto the next one I guess," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Spiral Card in my free right hand.

Chapter 89: Taking A Quick Snooze!: Enter The Labyrinth!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had been, since me and Sakura had used our Dream Keys, in order to help the both of us seal what was going to wind up being only the Tenth of what would be wing up being several new cards, that would be later known as Clear Cards. And as for the Tenth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had captured and sealed? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, that was named Spiral. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed while we had both gone with Li on a visit to Tomoeda's aquarium. Which me and Sakura had both wound up at with Li, because as it turned out, Li was actually out on a date with Sakura. And as for why I had chosen to accompany them both? Well if another Clear Card spirit wound up suddenly showing itself, then me and Sakura would have been able to use our respective Dream keys at a moments notice. Which later that evening, was exactly what we both wound up doing along with Li, Kero, and Madison. And though it had been quite a while since me and Sakura had gone and sealed, as well as captured the Water Card spirit at the very same aquarium. I still considered this whole thing, to be a somewhat classic case of Deja Vu.

But anyway at the current moment, this was not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. And as for why this was currently the case? Well that was because me and Sakura were currently inside of our room at our home. And as it also turned out, Akiho was also there with us. As she actually wanted to pay us both a visit. But this had been after Akiho had apparently had to convince her butler that it was okay for her to do so.

But, as me, Sakura, and Akiho were chatting among each other. It was then that I once again began to sense an all too familiar presence. One that could only be caused, by the presence of yet another Clear Card spirit. Or as it would wind up being in this case, was going to actually wind up being two different Clear Card spirits. Which interestingly enough, was probably the reason as to why the usual feeling that I was feeling when a Clear Card spirit was present, was now a bit stronger then it would have been, had there only been one Clear Card spirit that was present.

And just to make things a bit more troublesome then they already were. Which was that as soon as I had just managed to catch site of the Clear Card spirit, as well as Sakura. It had then proceeded to suddenly go and put Akiho to sleep. And as me and Sakura had then proceeded to go and chase it outside, it was only then that we had then proceeded to quickly notice that the area surrounding our house. Had now been turned into what was clearly a very intricate labyrinth. And also...

"Well I guess this is just another day in the life of a Cardcaptor. Well it does look like me and Sakura now have two Clear Card spirits to deal with this time around. Well I guess I'd better have me and Sakura get down to business so too speak," I had then proceeded to go and think to myself. Which during this very same instance, I had also proceeded to go and let out a quick and brief sigh from my mouth. Only for me to then proceed to go and quickly turn my attention over to Sakura. And once I had given her a quick and determined nod, to which Sakura then proceeded to quickly return the nod back to me. We then both proceeded to go and quickly pull out our respective Dream keys.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison, and with our respective staffs now in hand, we then proceeded to seal the two Clear Card spirits. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. And once both the Labyrinth and the thing that had put Akiho to sleep, had then proceeded to get quickly absorbed into both me and Sakura's respective Dream staffs. And once both of them were transformed into yet two more Clear Cards. And as one of the two Clear Cards like all of the others before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. With the other Clear Card proceeding to float into Sakura's free hand that was not currently holding her Dream staff. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, and Spiral Clear Card spirits, these both also had what appeared to be a clear transparent design. And I was able to make out a single word across the bottom of the card that was now in my free right hand. And that single word was, 'Snooze.' And as for the Clear Card that had ended up floating into Sakura's hand that she wasn't currently holding her respective Dream staff? Well it also had a single word across the bottom of it, and this single word, was 'Labyrinth.'

"Well that is now yet another Clear Card spirit that both me and Sakura have now managed to successfully capture and seal. So onto the next one I guess," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Snooze Card in my free right hand. Which was also while Sakura still currently continued to hold the captured and sealed Labyrinth Card in her free hand that she was currently not using to hold her Dream staff.

Chapter 90: A Reversal Of Fate!: A Reversal Of Fortune!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had now been, since me and Sakura had last gone and used our respective Dream Keys, in order to help the both me and Sakura seal what was going to wind up being both the Eleventh and also the Twelfth of what would be wing up being several new cards, that would be later known as Clear Cards. And as for both the Eleventh as well as the Twelfth Clear Card spirits that me and Sakura had both managed to capture and seal? Well they were both Clear Card spirits, in which one of them was named Snooze, while the other was named Labyrinth. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed while we both had gone and invited Akiho over for a visit to our house. Which me and Sakura had gone and done, because after all, Akiho had been kind enough to go and invite both me and Sakura over to her place. So it was only fair in that regard, that both me and Sakura wound up doing the same for Akiho. I mean after all, wouldn't you wind up doing the exact same thing if you were in this very same position as me and Sakura? My point exactly.

But anyway at the current moment, this was currently not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. Or to be more specific, this was not something that was even on either me or Sakura's mind in even the slightest bit. And as for why this was currently the case? Well that was because me and Sakura were currently at Penguin Park. As in the very same Penguin Park where both me and Sakura had captured a few of the Clow Card spirits. These being the Change Card spirit, as well as it also being the place in which me and Sakura had transformed both the Power Card and the Erase Cards, into Star Cards. And just to further compound this being the case...

"You know I have not seen the Penguin slide like this since me and Sakura went and captured and sealed the Power Card spirit at the zoo all of those years ago. And that is not even counting the time that me and Sakura had gone and transformed it, in order to go and put the Penguin slide back where it had been originally," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I had also proceeded to go and quickly reminisce about what me and Sakura had done in the past, when we were both in and around Penguin Park.

But, as for why me and Sakura were both at Penguin Park again this time? Well interestingly enough, it was because we had discovered that the large Penguin slide, for some currently unknown reason, was sitting on the ground in its usual spot, only this time it was now upside down.

And so without either me or Sakura wanting to waste even another moment. We had then both proceeded to go and quickly pull out our respective Dream keys.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And with our respective and now fully completely transformed Dream staffs now in our respective hands. Which as usual, had proceeded to go and happen, after only just a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And this was also followed by me and Sakura proceeding to go and quickly twirl our respective Dream staffs. To which we both had then proceeded to go and strike our respective and usual battle ready poses. Both me and Sakura then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that both me and Sakura knew, had been responsible for the Penguin slide currently being in its current upside down position. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb what appeared to be another massive swirl of light colored magical aura into them from it having enveloped itself around the currently still upside down Penguin slide.

And once it had then proceeded to quickly transform itself into yet another Clear Card. And the now captured and sealed Clear Card like all of the others before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, Spiral, Snooze, and Labyrinth Clear Card spirits, this also happened to have what appeared to be a clear transparent design like the previous Clear Card spirits that both me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured and sealed so far. And from what I was able to make out on the bottom of this card as well. Was what was clearly a single word across the bottom of the card that was now in my free right hand. And that single word was, 'Reversal.'

"Well that is now yet another Clear Card spirit that both me and Sakura have now managed to successfully capture and seal. So onto the next one I guess," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Reversal Card in my free right hand.

But what both me and Sakura still did not know, and would not know until a little bit later on into the future. Was that the both of us, as well as Li and several of our friends. Would once again soon find ourselves back in Academy City. Only this time, there would wind up being much more at stake, then just our own anime canon timeline. But that is something for a later chapter, as well as a later date.

Chapter 91: Of Hail And Ice!: Of Ice And Snow!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had now been, since me and Sakura had last gone and used our respective Dream Keys, in order to help the both me and Sakura seal what was going to wind up being both the Thirteenth of what would be wing up being several new cards, that would be later known as Clear Cards. And as for both the Thirteenth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had both managed to successfully capture as well as successfully seal? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, which was named Reversal. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed while we both had gone wound up back at Penguin Park. Which me and Sakura had gone and ended up at, after both me and Sakura had once again proceeded to suddenly sense the all too familiar presence of what was yet another Clear Card spirit.

But anyway at the current moment, this was currently not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. Or to be more specific, this was not something that was even on either me or Sakura's mind in even the slightest bit. And as for why this was currently the case? Well that was because me and Sakura taking part in our schools sports tournament, who we were both doing along side several of our classmates. But, as both me and Sakura were busy participating in one of the many sports related events that was going on during our schools sports tournament. Both me and Sakura had once again proceeded to suddenly both get an all too familiar feeling, that could only be due to what was yet another Clear Card spirit being nearby.

And interestingly enough, me and Sakura were not going to have to wait very long at all, for the Clear Card spirit to reveal itself. As not even a split second or so after both me and Sakura had felt the presence of the Clear Card spirit. A sudden freak hailstorm had then decided to go and suddenly roll in unexpected. Which since me and Sakura were not wearing what one would consider to be multiple layers of clothing. The hailstorm actually felt quite cold to both me and Sakura. But thankfully for the both of us. This wasn't going to wind up hindering either me or Sakura enough, to where neither of us would have been able to seal the Clear Card spirit that was currently responsible for this freak and sudden hailstorm.

And so, as the hailstorm proceeded to go and diver the attention of me and Sakura's many friends. And with both me and Sakura then proceeding to turn to one another and then proceed to quickly nod to each other. Both me and Sakura then went and excused ourselves off to a more private place. And only once both me and Sakura had proceeded to make our way into a nearby secluded area of our schools courtyard. It was only then that both me and Sakura, had then both then proceeded to go and quickly pull out our respective Dream keys.

"Release!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison over the constant roaring of the freak hailstorm. And with our respective and now fully completely transformed Dream staffs now in our respective hands. Which as usual, had proceeded to go and happen, after only just a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And this was also followed by me and Sakura proceeding to go and quickly twirl our respective Dream staffs. To which we both had then proceeded to go and strike our respective and usual battle ready poses. Both me and Sakura then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that both me and Sakura knew, was currently responsible for the current freak hailstorm. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb the entirety of the massive hailstorm into both of them.

And once the massive hailstorm, had then proceeded to go and quickly transform itself into what was yet another Clear Card. And once the now successfully captured and successfully sealed Clear Card. Which like all of the other successfully capture and successfully sealed Clear Card spirits before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, Spiral, Snooze, Labyrinth, and Reversal Clear Card spirits, this also happened to have what appeared to be a clear transparent design like the previous Clear Card spirits that both me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured and sealed so far. And from what I was able to make out on the bottom of this card as well. Was what was clearly a single word across the bottom of the card that was now in my free right hand. And that single word was, 'Hail.'

"Well that is now yet another Clear Card spirit down, and who knows how many more there still is to go. And I really hope that neither me or Sakura have to go and experience a hailstorm as violent as that one was again. Because without either me or Sakura wearing the proper layers, that hail really can smart," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Hail Card in my free right hand. And this was also while a sweatdrop, had also now proceeded to go and make its presence known, on one side of my face.

Chapter 92: Fighting A Mirage!: A Fight With A Mirage!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had now been, since me and Sakura had last gone and used our respective Dream Keys, in order to help the both me and Sakura seal what was going to wind up being both the Fourteenth of what would be wing up being several new cards, that would be later known as Clear Cards. And as for both the Fourteenth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had both managed to successfully capture as well as successfully seal? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, which was named Hail. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed while we both had been participating in our schools sports tournament.

But anyway at the current moment, this was currently not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. Or to be more specific, this was not something that was even on either me or Sakura's mind in even the slightest bit. And as for why this was currently the case? Well that was because me and Sakura were currently at one of Tomoeda's many shrines. Which like when me and Sakura had participated in the recent sports tournament at our school. We were both once again at this shrine along side several of our classmates. But as me and Sakura had proceeded to walk around the shrine with our fellow classmates. Both me and Sakura had once again proceeded to suddenly both get an all too familiar feeling, that could only be due to what was yet another Clear Card spirit being nearby.

And interestingly enough, like with the Hail Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had successfully captured and successfully sealed at our schools sports tournament about a week or so ago. Neither me or Sakura, were not going to have to wait very long at all, for the Clear Card spirit to reveal itself. As not even a split second or so after both me and Sakura had felt the presence of the Clear Card spirit. We then suddenly noticed, that all of our fellow classmates had now suddenly all changed into various animals out of seemingly nowhere. And so, even thought both me and Sakura were still currently very perplexed, and yet knowing full well that we were both sensing the presence of what was yet another Clear Card spirit. And with Li coming in to help us, because as with regard to the current situation, we sort of needed Li's help.

Because due to me and Sakura's fellow classmates having all suddenly changed into various animals. What had also proceeded to suddenly go and happen, was for both me and Sakura to then suddenly become slightly disoriented. But at the moment, neither of us were able to figure out why. But thankfully, this did not wind up stopping both me and Sakura, from then proceeding to once again go and pull out our respective Dream keys. "Release!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison, albeit me and Sakura had proceeded to do so, while the both of us were still currently a little disoriented.

And with our respective and now fully completely transformed Dream staffs now in our respective hands. Which as usual, had proceeded to go and happen, after only just a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And this was also followed by me and Sakura proceeding to go and quickly twirl our respective Dream staffs. To which we both had then proceeded to go and strike our respective and usual battle ready poses. Both me and Sakura then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that both me and Sakura knew, was currently responsible for having gone and suddenly changed all of me and Sakura's fellow classmates, into various animals. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb the magical aura that surrounded the various animals that me and Sakura's fellow classmates had gone and suddenly changed into.

And once the magical aura, had then proceeded to go and quickly transform itself into what was yet another Clear Card. And once the now successfully captured and successfully sealed Clear Card. Which like all of the other successfully capture and successfully sealed Clear Card spirits before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, Spiral, Snooze, Labyrinth, Reversal, and Hail Clear Card spirits, this also happened to have what appeared to be a clear transparent design like the previous Clear Card spirits that both me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured and sealed so far. And that single word was, 'Mirage.'

"Well that is now yet another Clear Card spirit down, and who knows how many more there still is to go. Well onto the next one I guess," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Mirage Card in my free right hand.

But, despite both me and Sakura having just gone and successfully captured, as well as successfully sealed the Mirage Card. It was discovered a short time later on, that the reason that both me and Sakura had wound up becoming suddenly disoriented. Was actually because the Mirage Card spirit it had acted on both of me and Sakura's thoughts. And it was only after me and Sakura had learned of this new information. Both me and Sakura had then concluded, that the only way for something like this to not suddenly go and happen to the both of us again, was for the both of us get even stronger.

Chapter 93: The Plot Thickens!: A Peculiar Tremor!

Okay, so a few days had now passed by. Which had been since me and Sakura had captured the Mirage Card at one of the towns many parks. But fast forward to a couple of hours earlier in the current day, and we were both in our room, doing our separate things. And with regard to these separate things, Sakura was busy braiding Meilin's hair, while I was sitting on my respective bed. And as for me? Well I just watching the two of them, while Kero was busy playing video games, no surprise there. But, what was about to happen, was that both me and Sakura would soon realize, that what lay ahead for us, would soon become one of our toughest challenges yet.

Man, talk about a huge amount of embarrassment for both Sakura and myself. And this was largely due in part, to the fact that the both of us. Which was along with Meilin, Madison, Akiho, and also Kero. Who was hiding in Sakura's bag, were all watching previous recordings of plays in which me and Sakura had acted in over the years at school. And yes, that did include both the play that me and Sakura had acted in when we had captured the Light Card and the Dark Card. And this also included the play in which me, Sakura, and Li, had been forced to go against the Nothing Card at the towns amusement park.

However, about halfway through the viewing session, an earthquake, or at least what had seemed like an earthquake, was felt through the entire theater room. After Kero popped out of Sakura's bag, and told both Sakura and I that the earthquake wasn't normal, and seeing as how everyone else in the theater room was more preoccupied with the fact that quite a bit of stuff had fallen onto the floor of the theater room.

And without either me or Sakura skipping a beat, we both hopped over our respective seats, and then proceeded to pull out our respective Dream keys. "Release!" Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to say, in the most hush sounding of tones that we both could muster. And with the appearance and then disappearance of our respective circles, and our respective Dream staffs now in hand, I then pulled out the Snooze Card. And without hesitation, I then threw the Snooze Card forward, and as the card spun in place, both me and Sakura then swung our respective staffs toward it. "Okay, now Snooze," we both then proceeded to chant together in unison. And once our Dream staffs came within inches of the card, it then stopped spinning, and in an instant, Akiho was put to sleep.

And after a quick run out of the theater room. Which was followed by a quick encounter and conversation with Madison's mom. To which me and Sakura had to try a little bit to hide our respective Dream staffs behind our backs. But with Kero helping us out in putting her, and her bodyguards to sleep. Which was made possible by us both placing the Snooze Card behind us, and in enough of a range so that we could both still use it.

And as the card spun, we both knew that we would both wind up feeling a little guilty for doing this, but neither me or Sakura had a choice. And so...

"Please forgive us both for this, now Snooze," I said, as the circles appeared below both Sakura and myself, and the Snooze Card put Madison's mom and her bodyguards to sleep. "I am so sorry that we both had to put your mother and her bodyguards to sleep Madison," Sakura had then said over to Madison with, in a very apologetic sounding tone of voice. "I guess you never know when you are going to need to use magic," Madison then proceeded to say back over to Sakura with in response, as she held her video camera on the both of us.

But, it was at this point that I decided to speak up about Madison and her somewhat obsessive need to film me and Sakura when we used our magic. "Not while the house is still shaking, it is best that you stay here," I had then proceeded to say over to Madison with. And yet not surprisingly, Madison obviously did not wind up taking my statement too well. I mean how would you feel if you couldn't film your two best friends using their magic as Cardcaptors, my point exactly!

However, this did not wind up stopping Madison from mounting a webcam on Kero's head. Which not surprisingly had then caused both me and Sakura to sweatdrop. But with that all now sorted out, Sakura pulled out the Flight Card, and after we both nodded to each other, Sakura threw the Flight Card forward, and we both then swung our respective staffs forward towards it. "Flight!" Both me and Sakura then proceeded to chant together in unison. Which was then followed by me and Sakura then proceeding to stop our Dream staffs only a few inches from in front of the Flight Card. And with the wings of the Flight Card then proceeding to quickly adorning our lower backs. Both me and Sakura, then proceeded to take off into the air. To which we then flew down the hallway, up towards the skylight, and then out one of the open windows of the skylight. And a split second later, me and Sakura then flew out, and then quickly skyward out into the open air. However, it was as me, Kero, and Sakura, were all still flying skyward. That we then wound up suddenly hearing the same ground shaking earthquake like sound from before. Which strangely, seemed to be coming from the house behind us. And now learning of the noises location, the three of us then turned ourselves back around. But, little did me, Sakura, and Kero know, was that this was only just the beginning.

Chapter 94: A Swing!: A Struggle With Meilin!

Okay, so getting back into the swing of things from what had gone and transpired the tail end of the previous chapter. Which was just after me and Sakura, had proceeded to go and quickly the Flight Card spirits wings in order to allow both me and Sakura, to make it out of Madison's house. And as the both of us continued to keep ourselves aloft in place, above Madison's house. Which was also while Kero was also right beside us. Both me and Sakura had once again proceeded to suddenly hear the sound that the both of us had before at the tail end of the previous chapter. Which like back in the last chapter, seemed to be emanating from somewhere beneath Madison's house.

"Over there!" I exclaimed, pointing towards the house. In order to help further compound that the source of the noise, was in fact coming from somewhere beneath Madison's house. And after a good amount of me, Sakura, and Kero proceeding to go and look underneath Madison's house. We had finally wound up finding the found the source of the noise. Which as turned out was yet another Clear Card spirit. And once me and Sakura had proceeded to go and use the Siege Card, to ensure that the Clear Card spirit did not escape. It was then that both me and Sakura, then proceeded to go and proceed to successfully seal, as well as successfully capture the Clear Card spirit.

"Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb the Clear Card spirit that had been responsible not only for making the massive loud noise. But it had also been responsible for causing Madison's entire house to shake.

And once the magical aura, had then proceeded to go and quickly transform itself into what was yet another Clear Card. And once the now successfully captured and successfully sealed Clear Card. Which like all of the other successfully capture and successfully sealed Clear Card spirits before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, Spiral, Snooze, Labyrinth, Reversal, Hail, and Mirage Clear Card spirits, this also happened to have what appeared to be a clear transparent design like the previous Clear Card spirits that both me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured and sealed so far. And from what I was able to make out on the bottom of this card as well. Was what was clearly a single word across the bottom of the card that was now in my free right hand. And that single word was, 'Swing.' But, even though me and Sakura had now successfully captured and successfully sealed yet another Clear Card spirit. This was actually going to wind up being only the first, of what would wind up being two Clear Card spirits, that both me and Sakura would wind up encountering today.

And now fast forwarding to later in the day, say around mid afternoon. And with me and Sakura, along with Meilin. Who for a bit of further context, had once again decided to come back from Hong Kong to see Li. Which was something that I found to be justified. Since the last time that both me and Sakura had last seen Meilin, it had been back when me, Sakura, and the rest of our allies in the Four Aces Alliance, had gone against the villain rogues gallery in Academy City.

And with regard to the current Clear Card spirit situation, that me, Sakura, and Meilin now currently found ourselves in? Well interestingly enough, it was a Clear Card spirit, that at the moment had taken the form of Meilin, only not only was it not Meilin, but it was also wearing some kind of battle outfit. Which the Clear Card spirit had proceeded to have materialize on itself. And also, like back when Meilin and Li had helped me and Sakura to help seal the Twin Card spirit. Meilin was once again more then happy, to help both me and Sakura combat against the Clear Card spirit. With Meilin doing all that she could, in order to help both me and Sakura seal and capture it.

And just like when Meilin had helped wear out the Fight Card spirit back when me and Sakura had met Meilin for one of the first times. Once Meilin had got the Clear Card spirit to a point where it wound up getting somewhat worn out. It was then that both me and Sakura now knew, that now was as good a time as any, for both me and Sakura to proceed to go and successfully seal, as well as successfully capture it.

And so without me or Sakura wanting to waste even another second. Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to once again go and quickly pull out our respective Dream keys. "Release!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison.

And with our respective and now fully completely transformed Dream staffs now in our respective hands. Which as usual, had proceeded to go and happen, after only just a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And this was also followed by me and Sakura proceeding to go and quickly twirl our respective Dream staffs. To which we both had then proceeded to go and strike our respective and usual battle ready poses. Both me and Sakura then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, for some currently unknown reason, resembled Meilin. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb the Clear Card spirit that for some reason resembled Meilin into both of them.

And once the magical aura, had then proceeded to go and quickly transform itself into what was yet another Clear Card. And once the now successfully captured and successfully sealed Clear Card. Which like all of the other successfully capture and successfully sealed Clear Card spirits before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, Spiral, Snooze, Labyrinth, Reversal, Hail, Mirage, and Swing Clear Card spirits, this also happened to have what appeared to be a clear transparent design like the previous Clear Card spirits that both me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured and sealed so far. Chapter 95: A Surprising Appearance!: A Capture That Takes The Cake!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had now been, since me and Sakura had last gone and used our respective Dream Keys, in order to help the both me and Sakura seal what was going to wind up being both the Fifteenth as well as the Seventeenth of what would be wing up being several new cards, that would be later known as Clear Cards. And as for both the Fifteenth and Sixteenth Clear Card spirits that me and Sakura had both managed to successfully capture as well as successfully seal? Well one was a Clear Card spirit, which was named Swing. And the other was a Clear Card spirit, which was called Struggle. Which both me and Sakura had gone and captured and sealed the Swing Clear Card spirit, while we had both gone for a visit over at Madison's house. And as for me and Sakura and our successful capturing and successful sealing of the Struggle Clear Card spirit? Well Meilin just so happened to have wound up playing a very vital role, in helping both me and Sakura, to both successfully capture, as well as successfully seal the Struggle Clear Card spirit

But anyway at the current moment, this was currently not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. Or to be more specific, this was not something that was even on either me or Sakura's mind in even the slightest bit. And as for why this was currently the case? Well that was because me and Sakura were currently sitting in a cooking class at Tomoeda Elementary School. Only as both me and Sakura continued to be intently focused in on the still ongoing cooking class. It was then that something strange had then proceeded to go and suddenly happen. And when I mean strange, I mean strange as in all of the roll cakes that were currently present in the room that me, Sakura, as well as everyone else had just finished making during the current cooking class. Had all started to suddenly go and start to proceed to jump around on their own. But then, only a split second or so later. All of the roll cakes, had then wound up suddenly proceeding to all fuse together, and into a large monster.

However, since everyone else was still currently focused on the class, with regard to what the teacher was addressing to them, as well as me and Sakura. And as their attention was not currently focused on the roll cakes. Both me and Sakura, had decided to go and quickly seal and capture this Clear Card spirit. Which we had decided to do, while everyone's attention was still currently focused on the ongoing class at hand. And after both me and Sakura, had proceeded to go and excuse ourselves out of the room for the moment. And once me and Sakura had made it over to a nearby vacant hallway. Both me and Sakura, had then proceeded to go and proceed to quickly pull out our respective Dream keys.

"Release" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And with our respective and now fully completely transformed Dream staffs now in our respective hands. Which as usual, had proceeded to go and happen, after only just a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And this was also followed by me and Sakura proceeding to go and quickly twirl our respective Dream staffs. To which we both had then proceeded to go and strike our respective and usual battle ready poses. I then proceeded to go and quickly pull out the Snooze Card. And with this now having been sorted out, both me and Sakura then had then proceed to go and turn our attention over towards the monster, that had been created by the many numerous roll cakes. And it was then that both me and Sakura, had then proceeded to go successfully capture as well as successfully seal it.

"Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb the magical aura that surrounded the many roll cakes, that at the current moment were still in the form of the aforementioned large monster.

And once the magical aura, had then proceeded to go and quickly transform itself into what was yet another Clear Card. And once the now successfully captured and successfully sealed Clear Card. Which like all of the other successfully capture and successfully sealed Clear Card spirits before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, Spiral, Snooze, Labyrinth, Reversal, Hail, Swing, and Struggle Clear Card spirits, this also happened to have what appeared to be a clear transparent design like the previous Clear Card spirits that both me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured and sealed so far. And from what I was able to make out on the bottom of this card as well. Was what was clearly a single word across the bottom of the card that was now in my free right hand. And that single word was, 'Appear.'

Chapter 96: Ablaze And Afraid!: Tackling A Blaze!

Well about yet another week or so had now passed, or it still may or may not have actually been a little bit shorter or longer then that. But that was how long it had now been, since me and Sakura had last gone and used our respective Dream Keys, in order to help the both me and Sakura seal what was going to wind up being the Eighteenth of what would be wing up being several new cards, that would be later known as Clear Cards. And as for with regard to the Eighteenth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had both managed to successfully capture as well as successfully seal? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, which was named Appear. Which with regard to how both me and Sakura had gone and had successfully been able to capture it, as well as successfully seal it. As as where me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured, as well as successfully sealed it? Well it had been while both me and Sakura, had both been attending a daily cooking class at me and Sakura's school. And with me and Sakura's quick use of the Snooze Clear Card spirit. Both me and Sakura had managed to make quick work of successfully sealing, as well as successfully capturing the Appear Clear Card spirit.

But anyway at the current moment, this was currently not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. Or to be more specific, this was not something that was even on either me or Sakura's mind in even the slightest bit. And as for why this was currently the case? Well you see, about that, as that much should have been pretty obvious...

"Okay seriously?! It's like the fairgrounds on Christmas from several years ago all over again!" I had proceeded to go and suddenly shout out, with what was a bit of obvious but also justified anger and irritation, in my current tone of voice.

And as aforementioned, what with regard to the current situation that me, Sakura, and Li all currently found ourselves in. Well this was the exact same reason, as to why I had currently had every right to be as annoyed as I currently. And as for a much more specific reason as to why this wa currently the case? Well that was because me and Sakura, along with Li, were currently dealing with what was yet another Clear Card spirit. Which for some currently unknown reason, was somehow able to set anything that it seemed to touch on fire. So in other words, it was similar to that of the Fire Card spirit. But thankfully with regard to me and Sakura being able to successfully capture, as well as successfully seal this Clear Card spirit. This wasn't going to wind up being that much of a problem at all for me and Sakura. As sure enough...

"Element...Water...Come To My Aid!" Li proceeded to shout out. Which was just after Li had proceeded to go and pull out one of his many elemental talismans. And as Li had then proceeded to go and quickly toss it forwards. To which at the exact same time, Li had also proceeded to go and quickly hold out his Jian with both of his hands. Which was then quickly followed by the elemental talisman, then proceeding to quickly blow backwards. To which it had then proceeded to go and quickly hit the current outward facing bladed surface of Li's Jian. And as a massive and sudden torrent of water, had then proceeded to go and quickly erupt violently outwards from the elemental talisman. To which the large, sudden, and violent torrent of water. Had then proceeded to go and violently wash over the fire based Clear Card spirit. And once the large, sudden, and violent torrent of water. Had then proceeded to go and quickly subside, as well as quickly vanish out of existence...

"Now's your chance! Capture it while it is currently weak!" Li's had then proceeded to go and yell over to me and Sakura with.

"You don't have to let me know twice Li!" I had then proceeded to go and say back over to Li with in response. Which I had proceeded to go and say back over to Li, with what was a very clear and obviously noticeable amount of determination, in my current tone of voice.

And so without me and Sakura wanting waste anymore precious time. Both me and Sakura then proceeded to go about successfully capturing, as well as successfully sealing the Clear Card spirit. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura proceeded to chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb fire based and magical aura that had been setting anything it touched on fire, into both of me and Sakura's respective Dream staffs, at exactly the same time.

And once the fire based and magical aura, had then proceeded to go and quickly transform itself into what was yet another Clear Card. And once the now successfully captured and successfully sealed Clear Card. Which like all of the other successfully capture and successfully sealed Clear Card spirits before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, Spiral, Snooze, Labyrinth, Reversal, Hail, Swing, Struggle, and Appear Clear Card spirits, this also happened to have what appeared to be a clear transparent design like the previous Clear Card spirits that both me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured and had also successfully sealed so far up to this point. And from what I was able to make out on the bottom of this card as well. Was what was clearly a single word across the bottom of the card that was now in my free right hand. And that single word was, 'Ablaze.'

"Well that is another Clear Card spirit down," I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I still continued to hold the now captured and sealed Ablaze Card in my free right hand.

Chapter 97: An Astonishing Discovery!: An Astonishing Capture!

Well only an half hour or so had now passed. Since me and Sakura had last gone and used our respective Dream Keys, in order to help the both me and Sakura seal what was going to wind up being the Nineteenth of what would be wing up being several new cards, that would be later known as Clear Cards. And as for with regard to the Nineteenth Clear Card spirit that me and Sakura had both managed to successfully capture as well as successfully seal? Well it was a Clear Card spirit, which was named Ablaze. Which with regard to how both me and Sakura had gone and had successfully been able to capture it, as well as successfully seal it. As well as where me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured, as well as successfully sealed it? Well it had been while both me and Sakura, had both been on a walk around Tomoeda with Li. Only when me, Sakura, and Li, had all ended up in what was the river. Which had been where me and Sakura had first captured and sealed the Fly Card spirit, all the way back when things had first changed for me and Sakura. And with Li's help, me and Sakura had been able to successfully capture, as well as successfully seal the Ablaze Clear Card spirit. Which for those who were wondering, had been in the form of a large fire based and phoenix like bird.

But anyway at the current moment, this was currently not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. Or to be more specific, this was not something that was even on either me or Sakura's mind in even the slightest bit. And as for why this was currently the case? Well you see, about that, as that much should have been pretty obvious...

"Okay well that clearly could have gotten so much worse! And Li, you have my thanks for being there for me and Sakura when..." I had proceeded to go and attempt to say over to Li. Which was just as the three of us, had just managed to make it to me and Sakura's house. But then...

"You don't have to thank me Zachary, as you know as well as I do that you both would have done the same for me if I was in your position," Li had then proceeded to say back over to me with in response. Which though did not mean to do it, he wound up cutting me off midway through my statement back over to him. But as I was quite the forgiving person when it came to someone such as Li, I had decided to just simply let it slide. As I already knew all too well, that this was how Li was.

And so with me and Sakura saying goodbye to Li for the evening, both me and Sakura then headed into our house, and then headed up to our room, in order to get ourselves ready for bed.

Fast forward to later the next day, and me and Sakura were currently at a school somewhere in Tomoeda. And as for why both me and Sakura were currently there? Well interestingly enough, it was because me and Sakura had both volunteered to read a story book to some of the students. And as it was a day in which neither me or Sakura had school, this was something that we both felt was more then okay to volunteer for. And also, it had given me and Sakura a chance to use the Record Card, to record this special occasion.

And to be honest, we both just could not wait to see how the recording looked. Because this was actually the first time, in which me and Sakura had actually decided to use the Record Card, since back when we had both captured and sealed it back in our schools music room.

And now fast forwarding to a little later in the afternoon, which was when me and Sakura had once again made it back to our home after having volunteered to read to some of the students at the nearby school. Both me and Sakura were now up in our room, and to be honest we both could not wait to show Kero the recording that had been captured with the Record Card. And...

"Well Sakura, I think that it is now time for the three of us to see how that recording looks as well as how well it came out," I had proceeded to say over to Sakura. Which during while I was saying my statement, I had also proceeded to pull out the Record Card. And it was only then, that both me and Sakura pulled out our respective Dream keys.

"Release" Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to chant together in unison. And with our respective and now fully completely transformed Dream staffs now in our respective hands. Which as usual, had proceeded to go and happen, after only just a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And this was also followed by me and Sakura proceeding to go and quickly twirl our respective Dream staffs. To which we both had then proceeded to go and strike our respective and usual battle ready poses. I then proceeded to go and quickly throw the Record Card forward. Which was then quickly followed by both me and Sakura, then proceeding to go and quickly swing our respective Dream staffs towards the Record Card. "Show us the Recording from the book reading at the school earlier today!" Both me and Sakura had proceeded to both chant together in unison.

And after only a split second or so later, the Record Card had then proceeded to play the recording that it had recorded of when me and Sakura had read the story book to the students at the nearby school earlier in the day. The only trouble was, was that the recording that the Record Card had actually wound up playing did not actually look anything like when me and Sakura had gone and read the story book to the students at that nearby school. In fact what the recording actually wound up showing to me, Sakura, and Kero, was of what appeared to be a completely different group of people. And not only were me and Sakura both not in the recording at all. But the people who were in the recording, all appeared to be wearing school uniforms, that neither me or Sakura had seen before. In fact, it wasn't any of the uniforms that were being worn by the students at the school that me and Sakura had read the story to the students at. And as for me, and with regard to my overall thoughts on this...

"Wait what the heck? Okay, this is clearly not the recording that I was expecting to see. And from what I can tell from looking at the school uniforms that these students are wearing in the recording. This clearly isn't from this year, that much is clear. But if this was the recording that the Record Card had recorded that both me and Sakura had requested that the Record Card show. Then why does the recording look nothing like what it should have actually recorded? It is almost as if this recording is from several years in the past. But how can that be? Unless, me and Sakura have somehow gotten stronger with regard to our magic. But even if that is the case, how is the recording from potentially so far back in the past?" I had proceeded to go and think to myself. Which during this very same instance, I also currently had a somewhat perplexed and confused looking expression on my face.

But what I did not yet realize, was that my assumption about the recording being from years ago, as well as me and Sakura having gotten stronger with regard to our magic, were both in fact one hundred percent true. But interestingly enough, more surprises still awaited me and Sakura, in the not too distant future. But that is something for a future chapter.

Chapter 98: Reliving The Past!: Just Like The Good Old Days!

Well a day or so had now passed. Since me and Sakura had gone and used the Record Card. Which both me and Sakura had used, in order to help record a special occasion. Which in this case, was to record me and Sakura having gone and volunteered to read a story book to several students of a school nearby in Tomoeda. But once we had gotten back to our home, and had used both of our respective Dream Keys, in order to help me and Sakura see the recording that the Record Card had recorded. Only for me, Sakura, and also Kero, to discover. That not only was what the the Record Card had recorded not what either me or Sakura had been expecting. But it also wasn't even remotely resembling anything that the Record Card should have recorded. In fact, what me and Sakura didn't know at the time, was that the recording that the Record Card had actually recorded, was from at least twelve years in the past.

But anyway at the current moment, this was currently not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. Or to be more specific, this was not something that was even on either me or Sakura's mind in even the slightest bit. And as for why this was currently the case?

Well that was actually because both me and Sakura, along with Li, were currently visiting me and Sakura's great-grandfather for the day. As in the same great-grandfather that both me and Sakura, had gone and visited all the way back in chapter 16 of this fanfic. But unlike back in chapter 16, this was not going to wind up being a helicopter sort of chapter.

Because a couple of hours into our visit at our great-grandfathers house. Which to be a little bit more specific, it was while both me and Sakura, had went off into the house in order to get more tea. Which was also when both me and Sakura, had then proceeded to wind up stumbling upon our mother's room. As in, our mother who had tragically died back when we were very young. Or to be more specific, the very same mother that the Illusion Card spirit had gone and shown to both me and Sakura, all the way back in chapter six of this fanfic. But anyway just to make a long story short, both me and Sakura wound up deciding to use the Record Card. Which we had decided to do, in order for both me and Sakura, to try and view any possible past memories and scenes of our late mother. Which in this case, was actually back when she was a child.

And to be honest, I was actually quite excited to possibly learn about our late mother. Since I had absolutely no idea what had gone on in her past. As I only had the knowledge of the first five episodes of the Cardcaptors anime. Which once I had thought about it for another second or so, it had seemed like it had been years ago. In fact, it actually had been. But anyway, after me and Sakura had proceeded to go and use the Record Card to record what we had both hoped was going to wind up being a glimpse into our late mothers past as a child. What we did not expect, was what had then proceeded to happen next. Because just as an image of me and Sakura's late mother, had proceeded to show itself on the recording that had been recorded by the Record Card. That was when things started to become a bit strange. And what I mean by that was, well...

"I don't think that either of you need to view this just yet. Trust me Sakura and Zachary, you will know in due time. But for right now, I am afraid that I cannot allow either of you to glimpse into my past just yet." The image of me and Sakura's late mother, had then proceeded to suddenly go and speak to both me and Sakura, as though she were still very much alive. In fact, even though she was dead, and had been so since me and Sakura were at least three years old each. And because the only reason as to how I had been able to remember that both me and Sakura had been three years old when our mother had passed away. This was only because I had remembered from the first episode of the show, that Sakura had in fact said through a fourth wall break, that she had passed away back when Sakura was three years old. And since I was the same age as Sakura currently was in the present. I was able to deduce that I was more then likely three years old when our late mother had passed away.

But, as the recording on the Record Clear Card spirit had then proceeded to go and end abruptly as quickly as it had started. I could only think about what had just happened, as well as what me and Sakura had gone through so far with regard to the Cardcaptors anime canon timeline.

"Well that was a bit unexpected! And yet why do I still think that there is so much more at work here then what is just currently going on in this particular anime timeline? Oh right, that is because me and Sakura had recently crossed paths with the one and only Sailor Moon, the Sailor Senshi, Wedding Peach, Angel Bluebell, Angel Lily, Angel Daisy, and Angel Salvia. I still can't believe that Angel Bluebell is another version of myself. And the only reason why I know that, is because the magical aura that I had sensed coming from her, was nearly identical if not exactly the same as my own and Sakura's. Which would make sense, as Angel Bluebell is allied with two of the most legendary 90s anime magical girls in 90s anime magical girl history. And yet, why do I think that we haven't seen the last of them either? It is almost as if we will be running into them all again at some point in the not too distant future," I had proceeded to go and briefly think to myself.

And yet as it would turn out, my assumption regarding the very same allies that me, Sakura, Li, Madison, Meilin, Kero, and Yue. Had all run into back in Academy City, was about to be proven, to be one hundred percent correct. But that, is for a future chapter.

Chapter 99: Smoke And Mirrors!: Mirror, Mirror, Shock And Awe!

Well a couple of hours or so had now passed. Since me, Sakura, and Li, had all gone and visited me and Sakura's great grandfathers house. Which was also where me and Sakura, had attempted to try and use the Record Clear Card spirit, in order to try and take a little bit of a peak into our late mothers past, as well as her memories of back when she was a child. The only problem was that for some currently still unknown reason, the recorded image of me and Sakura's late mother, had decided to prevent both me and Sakura, from being able to see what had gone on in our late mothers past. Well, at least for the time being.

But anyway at the current moment, this was currently not something that was on either me or Sakura's minds at the present moment. Or to be more specific, this was not something that was even on either me or Sakura's mind in even the slightest bit. And as for why this was currently the case?

Well that was actually because both me and Sakura, had just gotten back to our home from having gone and visited our great grandfather with Li.

And it was just after both me and Sakura had gotten back into our house, and just after me and Sakura had gone and closed the front door. Not only did me and Sakura wind up immediately sensing what clearly the presence of what was yet another Clear Card spirit. But to help go and proceed to further compound this currently being the case. Everything in me and Sakura's house, that we could currently see at the current moment. All somehow seemed to have what was clearly a mirrored and prismatic sort of effect to them. And what I mean by this, was that not only did each of the items in the front hallway of me and Sakura's house, currently look somewhat prismatic, as one would expect to see from the reflective glass of a usual everyday household mirror. But what had also proceeded to stand out as well to both me and Sakura, was that each of the items also appeared to have a mirrored duplicate. As in the duplicate that was beside the item, was in fact perfectly identical to the original.

And thankfully, only me and Sakura were currently home, as everyone else was currently out for at least a couple more hours. And so, seeing as how both me and Sakura, were the only ones currently at home. Both me and Sakura, had decided to go and capture, as well as seal this Clear Card spirit. And so, with both me and Sakura not wanting to waste anymore time. Both me and Sakura had then proceeded to go and quickly pull out our respective Dream keys. "Release!" Both me and Sakura had proceeded to chant together in unison. and with our respective staffs now in hand, we then proceeded to seal the card. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power!" We chanted in unison. And once the card spirit was absorbed into our respective staffs, it was transformed into another transparent and clear card, and across the bottom of the card, read a single word, "Mirror."

And with our respective and now fully completely transformed Dream staffs now in our respective hands. Which as usual, had proceeded to go and happen, after only just a couple of seconds of both of our Dream Keys proceeding to quickly expand into our respective Dream staffs. And this was also followed by me and Sakura proceeding to go and quickly twirl our respective Dream staffs. To which we both had then proceeded to go and strike our respective and usual battle ready poses. Both me and Sakura then proceeded to go and seal the Clear Card spirit, that both me and Sakura knew, was currently responsible for having gone and duplicated everything in our house. "Force that has no owner, obey our staffs of dreams, accept our power! Secure!" Both me and Sakura had then proceed to go and quickly chant together in unison. And as both of our Dream staffs had proceeded to both briefly glow quite bright. To which both of them, had then proceeded to quickly absorb the magical aura that surrounded the various items within me and Sakura's house.

And once the magical aura, had then proceeded to go and quickly transform itself into what was yet another Clear Card. And once the now successfully captured and successfully sealed Clear Card. Which like all of the other successfully capture and successfully sealed Clear Card spirits before it, had then proceeded to float into my free right hand. Which like that of the Gale, Siege, Aqua, Reflect, Action, Gravitation, Record, Flight, Lucid, Spiral, Snooze, Labyrinth, Reversal, Hail, Swing, Struggle, Appear, and Ablaze Clear Card spirits, this also happened to have what appeared to be a clear transparent design like the previous Clear Card spirits that both me and Sakura had gone and successfully captured and had also successfully sealed so far up to this point. And it was only about a second or so after I had proceeded to go and look at the Mirror Clear Card in my free right hand, that I then noticed something interesting with regard to what was on the card.

"Wait a second here, that looks exactly the same as the Mirror Card spirit that me and Sakura had captured all of those years ago! And then transformed it into a Star Card not too long ago as well! What is going on here, and why does this Clear Card look similar to that?! I had proceeded to go and think to myself, as I continued to hold the sealed and captured Mirror Clear Card, in my free right hand.
