What Are You Playing Now?

I thought maybe it'd be fun to see what game everyone's currently playing and your thoughts about it.

Right now I'm playing Tokyo Xanadu eX+ on PS4. To be fair, I avoided this game for the longest time thinking it was a cheap Persona knock-off. I'm a few hours in and I'm loving it. There's some elements similar to Persona, but there's a lot of things that feel really fresh and different. I'm a little mad at myself for judging it so harshly at first. ?

Right now, I'm playing Pokemon: Leaf Green Edition. Am I too late to play that? Probably, but a friend of mine insisted so much that he told me we would meet each week at his house just for me to play it. Thanks to emulation, I can finally experience one of the most acclaimed Pokemon titles!

Buuuuuut since I suck at strategy games, I'm gonna mess it up an awful lot of times.

Whoa yeah..seems like you've got a lot of fun games you're currently playing. Honestly I'm jealous. haha The PreCure games sound really fun. I didn't even know there were any Pretty Cure video games out there.

And yep, aparently Fire Red/Leaf Green are remakes of the first two editions, Red and Green, but made for GameBoy Advance...
...and speaking of the GameBoy...

Huh, you're not the only person I know that uses Sims for creating characters. Seems quite an efficient method!

Well, actually, the Pretty Cure Max Heart is kinda hard to play but it's much easier to play than it's first game Futari wa Precure. It's take time to play it and a lot of puzzles to solve. Playing the Sakura wars is WAY to hard. It's too difficult to understand it since it uses a lot of Kanji.

I used to play The Sims on my PC way back 1999. I also have it's all expansions. Then I started playing it on GBA, The Sims Bustin Out. I had a hard time playing some of the part of the game, like where you have to catch the "Velocity Chicken" (I forgot what's the right name for it) Now I have The Sims 3 on PC again and installed one of its expansion "The Sims 3: Pets" and it's quite cute. I have never tried the Playstation or the PSP Platform ever, since I don't have them.

I played Pokemon too. From the Game Boy, Game Boy Color and the Game Boy Advance. From the First Generation (Red & Green, Red & Blue and Yellow only), Second Generation (Gold and Silver only) and the Third Generation (Ruby & Sapphire, Fire Red, Leaf Green and Emerald). I have never try playing the fourth generation since to be honest, I don't have the NDS console yet.

Minecraft is a classic, specially when played with friends. Multiplayer can be a great cooperative experience...

I just picked up the Secret of Mana remake for PS4. I never played the original so I can't compare, but I like the simplistic throwback style of gameplay. The updated graphics however, make it look like it was made during the PS2 era.

They’re both apps on the App Store if you were curious! Those are really the only two games I’ve been investing my free time in these days.
(I put-off playing Animal Crossing City Folk on my Wii ever since school started, but I’d consider it as a game I play quite often..or used to lol)

Yep, seems like this is going to be all about phone games...
So, I downloaded BanG Dream! Girls Band Party some months ago (because of a friend that insisted SO MUCH that I had to download it) but I definately suck at it. I'm really bad at rythm games, and this is no exception. Great game if you like this kind of stuff. I just keep it in my phone because I watched the anime. And because CUTE GIRLS.

I also tried to downolad Honkai Impact 3 on my phone BUT it couldn't run it properly. So I now have that game on PC. Pretty cool anime game with badass female leads kicking robot butts or something. Easy to play, but it has a terrible camera that sometimes makes it hard to progress.

On the PC, I play this game called 'Phantasy Star Online 2' If you have heard of that, well done.
If not, then you should check it out. It has one of the best Character customization for an MMORPG,
created by SEGA, it has been running from 2012 up to the present.

I haven't been keeping up with games as of late but I play phigros sometimes, it's a rhythm game at wich I think (more like hope tbh) that I'm decent At.
And I've played fire emblem three hopes for the first time a week ago but haven't played it a lot since lol
