Original Pretty English dub

Okay I'm gonna make this as short as possible
Basically i am trying to re-create the English dub pretty cure opening in high quality (since it has never been released on home video) and i need some help figuring out what episode clips were used in the opening. Here is a link to the video:

I do know some parts were taken from the original Japanese opening (obviously) so dont tell me about those clips. Thanks in advance.

Funny thing is, I think most of this American intro is just the japanese opening mixed with the transformation sequence. Aaaaand -if memory doesn't fool me- some scenes from episode 1.

Buuuuut I'm far from being an expert on Pretty Cure, so hope someone else drops by and contrasts my deductions!
