Well, the manga is published in a yuri magazine, so I'd argue it's not a yuri... It's a really weird, soft yuri manga, and there's barely any yuri in it... so... errrr... well... Maybe it's not THAT yuri.
It's cute. Very cute. And silly, VERY silly. But overall, fun.

I had the same thought too. I can't really call it a yuri anime since there aren't a single girl-to-girl relationship in the show. It only happens when Chinatsu and Chitose started daydreaming and/or imagining about love.
