Sorry for the late response and unfortunately there is no English version of Wedding Apple since the Wedding Apple visual web novel series is only available in Japanese, plus there's no anime and manga series for Wedding Apple either.

Yeah I agree that Princess Ai does have a very interesting concept and it's crazy how Tokyopop didn't even release the 3rd volume of Prism of Midnight Dawn since a lot of the Princess Ai fans want more volumes of the series.
